1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Requests must be submitted within this period. Sending the item back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible, all items must meet the following requirements:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- No signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or makeup
- Not altered or dry cleaned
All items are inspected upon return. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you without a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or promotional items
- Pre-order items (unless faulty or incorrect)
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Gift card purchases
- Accessories and pet items
4. How to Return
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email info@houseofnitka.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
Step 2 — Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions along with your authorization number.
Step 3 — Ship Your Item
Securely pack your item in its original packaging and send it using a tracked service.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Step 4 — Refund Processing
Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
UAE Orders
Return shipping is free. A courier will be arranged after approval.
International Orders
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
To request an exchange, follow the return process and include your preferred size in your email.
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your item.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
In these cases, we will:
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Offer a replacement or full refund
