Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
To be eligible, your request must be submitted within the 14-day window — shipping the item back does not count as initiating the return. Please contact us first.
Conditions for Return
To be accepted for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is returned in its original packaging
- Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- No signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or makeup
- Item has not been altered or dry cleaned
We inspect all returned items upon arrival. If an item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Sale items and items purchased during promotional events
- Pre-order items (unless faulty or incorrectly sent)
- Pet clothing and accessories
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items purchased with a gift card
How to Return
Please follow these steps to submit your return request:
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival, or manufacturing defect).
UAE customers: Return shipping within the UAE is free of charge. We will arrange a courier pickup once your return is approved.
International customers: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If the size you need is not available, you will receive a full refund instead.
To request an exchange, follow the same return process above and note your preferred size in your email. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the original item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge. We take quality seriously and will always make it right.
